Strength and Conditioning Programs

If you are a team sport athlete or an endurance athlete already following an endurance training plan, but need assistance with strength training, Peak Potential Coaching's strength and conditioning programs provide an excellent supplement to any athlete's training plan. We also provide strength and conditioning programs for teams.
- Individual Strength & Conditioning Programs
- Each athlete receives a monthly strength training program. All programs are periodized and revolve around the athlete's race schedule and goals. Each program outlines exercises, sets, reps, intensity, and rest periods. All strength programs are based around each athlete's comfort with and availability to free and machine weights, time available to train, and experience with strength exercises. All programs include core and stability exercises.
- Individual Strength & Conditioning Program Fees
- $20/month for Program Only
- $60/month for Program and monthly in-person consultation
- $40/hr for additional one-on-one strength coaching
- Team Strength & Conditioning Programs
- Each team’s strength program is based on the team's sport season, game dates, team goals and common strengths & weaknesses. All programs outline exercises, sets, reps, intensity, and rest periods.
- Team Strength & Conditioning Program Fees
- Team Strength & Conditioning program fees are dependent on team size and sport. Please contact Kylie for pricing.
